It is not an international arrest warrant, and Interpol itself cannot compel any country to make an arrest — each member country decides independently what legal effect a Red Notice has.

Interpol coordinates Red Notices across its member countries, while the FBI's Most Wanted list is specific to US federal fugitives. This tool screens against Interpol Red Notices as part of its 461 source database — it is not a live mirror of the FBI's own most-wanted list.

Interpol publishes a subset of Red Notices publicly; others are restricted to law enforcement and not visible here or anywhere outside official channels. A 'no match' result means nothing turned up in the public and partner data we screen — it isn't a guarantee no restricted notice exists.
